Everyone has a story to tell, some content to share, some knowledge to teach. The most important thing to consider is the WAY in which that content is packaged and delivered to ensure maximum engagement and transference of knowledge and skill. This is one of my super powers.
Professor Dumbledore said it best. "Don't pity the dead Harry, pity the living." I think about this quote often and it's so true. The ones you leave behind have to learn to live without you. One thing you can do is make those moments easier by ensuring you proactively capture your stories, life lessons, knowledge and legacy.
Unlike our parents and grandparents who didn't have access to the technology we have at our fingertips today there is no reason why you shouldn't be capturing all of this important knowledge in audio and video.
I learnt this lesson first hand, twice. I'm spreading the word so others don't have to grieve alone, with limited support and artefacts to remember their loved ones.
I have been a digital nomad and digital business owner for 7+ years now and I have seen the birth and death of bro marketing tactics which wage psychological warfare on poor unsuspecting buyers. Be it hour long webinars with no value, BS claims of making 6 figures in 6 minutes or starting with a value stack that's worth a million dollars, but today only, for all you action takers it's only worth $97. It doesn't work anymore.
Today you need to build know, like and trust with people. They need to be given an opportunity to learn how to do what you do, try and do it themselves and realise what you do is hard work. The only way for that to happen is to give them the keys to the city.
It may sound counterintuitive but when you go all in with this strategy you'll never have to sell your services EVER again!
